Jello? Really?
On a whim, wanting to add just a little pizzazz to my table to compliment a roast, I made a jello salad. No celery or carrots, thank you. But a recipe with cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple and pecans. There’s many versions. I chose a plain one since the table was busy enough, but my sister-in-law, enthralled with my version, tried another for her Thanksgiving meal. Hers had a cream cheese topping. She said her guests loved it so much they added a dollop on their pie. Google Cranberry Pineapple Jello Salad and choose what suits you.
